Our store is hosted on GoDaddy. They provide us with hosting services and WooCommerce the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Godaddy’s data storage, databases, and the general GoDaddy application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a CCAvenue payment gateway to complete your purchase, then they store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

If you choose a PayU money payment gateway to complete your purchase, then they store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. _session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All food and beverage products are non-returnable.

Cancellation policy

Your order can be canceled up to 30 minutes from the time the order has been placed as after that it moves to ready to dispatch stage. Please reach out to us at care.ubcoffee@gmail.com for further assistance.

Return policy for all other items,

At this time, we do not offer returns on our product and hope to introduce this option in the future. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase feel free to email us at care.ubcoffee@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the item you wish to return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, kindly send us an email at care.ubcoffee@gmail.com and we will assist you with the process.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
